• • • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in successful machine learning projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition or related.

What is it about:

You will work with the largest global financial institutions to deliver solutions based on Fundsphere^®. Your challenge will be to deliver value to the client without compromising functional and architectural integrity of Fundpshere. Managing client’s expectations and balancing them with the team expectations will be the most difficult part of your role.

About you:

• • • You have at least five years of experience managing difficult projects, ideally for clients that were external to your organization.
  • • You are comfortable with both agile methodologies (SCRUM is our preferred) and waterfall approach.
  • • It is a plus if you have worked in environments where agile and waterfall methodologies were mixed either internally or externally.
  • • You have the ability to shield the teams you are working with from unnecessary distractions.
  • • You can easily distinguish short term gains (and ignore them) and long term value for the client and the team.
  • • You can elaborate on how, in the past, you took over a difficult project and delivered it successfully.
  • • You hold a college degree in a relevant field.
  • • Beyond your project management capabilities, you know software, computer, and networking technologies to the extent which effectively supports your decision making.
